We ship orders Monday through Friday. All orders are subject to approval. This process usually takes less than 1 business day. Most orders will ship the same business day if place before 1 p.m. MST.

Our Software return policy is strict. First off, please make sure you know your system requirements prior to purchasing or opening software. Defective items will be replaced only. Do you stock what you sell?
Yes! We are small and independent. We operate a 6800 square foot facility. We stock everything we sell. We update inventory on the web site as quickly as possible. In the event that we do sell out of something and can't fill the order withing 2 business days, we will try and source the item to be drop shipped or contact you to make the decision whether to wait or not.
What methods of shipping do you use?
Most orders are shipped by the US Postal Service at this time. We are actively exploring the option of using UPS, but due to our price points and primary customers being residential customers, the post office makes the most sense.
Where do you ship too?
We ship anywhere in the US including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. Basically if the US Post Office will deliver mail using a domestic class we will ship to you.
Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Absolutely, YES YES YES! We proudly serve the Men and Women of this country that serve in the Armed Forces. Shipping rates are the same as if you were right here. We will fill out all customs paper work to ensure proper delivery.
